Project Overview

A premium commercial tower required ultra-thin, high-strength facade elements capable of spanning between floor slabs without intermediate support. UHPC provided the requisite strength-to-thickness ratio while enabling complex surface textures and color integration.

Technical Highlights

  • Panel Thickness: 25–40 mm with integrated anchor channels
  • Surface Finish: Acid-etched and sandblasted textures with integral pigment
  • Connection System: Concealed stainless steel undercut anchors with seismic drift capacity

Durability Design

The facade system was engineered for ASHRAE Class 4 exposure with freeze-thaw resistance verified per GB/T 50082 cyclic testing protocol.
